Steeped in family tradition.
Tucked away in the historic bayside Melbourne suburb of Williamstown is the small, family-run business Filigree Jewellers.
Brothers Tony and Mikel Gashi established the shop in 1993. Their skill in gold and silversmithing has been handed down over three generations, from their father, master craftsman Mateja Gashi, who learned from his own father, Augustin, in Prizren.

Whether it is a repair, remodelling an old piece of jewellery, or a once-in-a-lifetime engagement, wedding or eternity ring, you’ll deal directly with the person who will carry out the work.
Alongside their own handmade jewellery, Tony and Mikel have built relationships with jewellery manufacturers in Europe and Australia. Filigree carries both its family tradition and its name with pride.
